“Bray Wyatt Will Return To WWE, Hopefully Shortly” – Mike Rotunda

Bray Wyatt on the mic

Mike Rotunda believes Bray Wyatt will be back in WWE soon.

On August 10th it was reported that Bray Wyatt is slowly moving closer to a return to WWE. Wyatt hasn’t been seen on television in person since the February 17th episode of SmackDown where he laid down a challenge to the winner of the match between Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley.

Following on from that report, Wyatt’s father, Mike Rotunda, has now said he expects his son to return to the company soon. Speaking to Bill Apter for Sportskeeda, said many of the reports online about the star have been inaccurate.

“Well, you know, you read a lot of stuff on the internet, which I wouldn’t believe a lot of it or, in my case, any of it. Bray Wyatt, I’m sure, will return to WWE hopefully shortly, and we’ll go from there.”

What Happened To Bray Wyatt?

Since his hiatus from WWE began, there’s been no official comment from WWE or Wyatt on his status. This has paved the way for an incredible amount of speculation about the star, with the truth being hidden from the public.

However, as it was reported that he’s getting closer to a return, it was revealved the illness that he’d been suffering with was “life and career threatening.”

Bray Wyatt has only wrestled in one televised match since returning to WWE in October 2022. On that occasion the star defeated LA Knight in the divisive Mountain Dew Pitch Black Match at the Royal Rumble.
