Brock Lesnar is one of the most famous WWE stars on the planet. Lesnar signed his first WWE contract in 2000 following a stellar amateur wrestling career.

The would-be World Champion ended his collegiate career as NCAA Division 1 Heavyweight Champion, with an overall college record of 106-5. Lesnar was also a two-time NCAA All-American and two-time NJCAA All-American.

After signing with WWE Lesnar was sent to Ohio Valley Wrestling where he quickly impressed with his power and freakish athleticism. Two years later he arrived on Monday Night Raw and pinned The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) to become the WWE Undisputed Champion at SummerSlam on August 25th 2002. In the process Lesnar became the youngest-ever WWE Champion.

This set Lesnar on a journey to the very top of WWE via a stint in the UFC where he became Heavyweight Champion, and an attempt to launch a career in the NFL.

In more recent years The Beast is most well known for ending The Undertaker’s legendary WrestleMania streak and his long-running feud with Roman Reigns. In 2022 alone, Lesnar won the Royal Rumble Match became WWE Champion for a seventh time and main evented WrestleMania along with Roman Reigns.

Brock Lesnar made his UFC debut in February 2008 against former UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir. Despite being defeated, Lesnar signed a longer-term contract with UFC and quickly rose to title contention, and won the Heavyweight Championship by defeating Randy Couture at UFC 91.

The Beast went on to unify the Heavyweight Championship before losing the gold to Cain Velasquez at UFC 121. Lesnar didn’t return to action for just over a year where he lost out again, this time to Alistair Overeem.

His most recent UFC outing came in 2016 where he saw off Mark Hunt. However, the match was later declared a no contest after Lesnar tested positive for a banned substance.
