Brock Lesnar Makes First Post-SummerSlam Appearance

Brock Lesnar

You never know where Brock Lesnar will show up next.

Lesnar is taking some time off from WWE following a SummerSlam loss to Cody Rhodes, where The Beast would put over The American Nightmare strong after the match was over. Despite being victorious in Detroit, Rhodes did not feel like a winner afterwards, commenting on how the match had taken its toll on him.

Living his best life in his hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota, The Beast swapped the bright lights of Ford Field for centre stage at the Target Center, making a surprise walk-on appearance during a performance by country music star Zach Bryan.

Fan footage from the event shows Lesnar walking on stage in a cowboy hat, Coors T-shirt, and jeans to join the Grammy-nominated musician for a performance of the song “Revival.” Thankfully for the former WWE Champion, there were no wardrobe malfunctions during this appearance.

Coincidentally, The Target Center hosted the fallout episode of Raw 2 days prior but did not feature an appearance from the 10-time champion.

What’s Next For Brock Lesnar In WWE?

Lesnar is not scheduled to be back in the company for the rest of the year, with a return date pencilled in for Mania season. The break follows a trilogy of matches against Cody Rhodes and a victory over Omos, who Lesnar defeated in the opening match of the second night of WrestleMania.

The Nigerian Giant has spoken highly of his Mania opponent, stating that the former World Champion does not get the credit that he deserves.

Lesnar’s close friend Shelton Benjamin recently revealed what The Beast is like away from the cameras.
