Toni Storm “Bummed” About Returning To England

Toni Storm

Toni Storm didn’t hold back when talking about AEW All In, stating that she “wishes Wembley Stadium could be in a different place.”

In an interview on the Daily Star’s YouTube Channel, Toni Storm spat words of venom at the prospect of returning to England.

“I mean I’m very excited because it’s the biggest show that we’re about to do, the biggest show in AEW history. I’m just a little disappointed that it’s in England, I just wish Wembley Stadium could be in a different place because I lived in England for a very long time. It’s where I got established, it’s where I made a name for myself. I am British, I have a British family. I’m just really bummed I have to go back, I thought I left my life behind there. But it’s what a champion does, you know?”

Toni Storm trained under Dean Allmark after moving from Australia to England in 2014. She would make her name wrestling for various promotions around the UK, including Progress Wrestling, TNT Extreme Wrestling and Pro-Wrestling: EVE.

Judging by her in-character comments, however, it seems as though these are days she would rather forget!

Will Toni Storm Wrestle at AEW All In?

Toni Storm is officially on the card for AEW All In. Though not every competitor of the match has been announced, she is set to compete in a 4-Way for the AEW Women’s World Championship.

So far, three competitors for the match have been announced. These are Storm, the defending champion Hikaru Shida, and England-native Saraya.

The final competitor will be revealed this week on AEW Dynamite, where Britt Baker will take on The Bunny for the final spot in the match.
