Ronda Rousey might have wrestled her last match in WWE, but she won’t be returning to UFC.

At SummerSlam, Ronda Rousey was choked out by Shayna Baszler in the middle of the ring, seemingly bringing an end to her WWE career. There are currently no plans for the star to return, and many fans haven’t hidden the fact they don’t want her back either.

This sparked speculation that the self-styled ‘Baddest Woman on the Planet’ could make a remarkable return to UFC. However, those rumours are wide of the mark according to UFC boss Dana White. Speaking to Sports Illustrated, White said Rousey had achieved everything she wanted in both UFC and WWE and is now moving on to other challenges.

“There’s no shot,” says White. “She’s accomplished everything she set out to do.”

Her dream was to win a UFC championship, then win a WWE championship, and she’s done it. Now she’s starting a family. Ronda has made so much money, and she’s still making a lot of money in sponsorships.”

The comments from White come after Ariel Helwani also dismissed recent rumours that Ronda Rousey planning on staging a comeback.

When Was Ronda Rousey In UFC?

After winning an Olympic bronze medal in judo, Rousey began her mixed martial arts journey in 2010, before becoming the first woman signed by UFC in late 2012. She went on to become the most famous female combat athlete in the world, winning the Bantamweight Championship in the process.

Despite her success, Rousey’s UFC run came to a stunning end in 2016 following losses to Amanda Nunes and Holly Holm.
