Injured AEW Talent Nearing Return

Injured AEW Talent Nearing Return

It appears that there may be some positive news on the horizon for AEW‘s Private Party, consisting of Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy.

Marq Quen, who has been sidelined due to a shoulder injury since December, was reportedly spotted backstage at an AEW show, as per a report from Fightful Select. While it remains unclear if Quen has been cleared to return to in-ring action, there is no indication yet of the company’s plans for him and Isiah Kassidy.

During Quen’s absence, Kassidy has formed alliances with various AEW stars. He has joined forces with both Jeff and Matt Hardy, as well as Ethan Page, on multiple occasions. Kassidy has also participated in several singles matches, including a high-stakes number-one contendership match for the International Championship, which was ultimately won by John Silver.

Notably, Kassidy and The Hardys even pursued the Trios Championship but were unsuccessful in their endeavours. They faced The Elite and later Billy Gunn and The Acclaimed, but came up short on both occasions. It’s worth mentioning that Kassidy has not competed in an AEW match for over a month, with his most recent appearance taking place on the October 25th edition of Dynamite. On that night, he teamed up with The Hardys to take on the then ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions, The Young Bucks and Hangman Adam Page.
