Exclusive: Paul Wight Remembers Bray Wyatt

Bray Wyatt WWE Paul Wight

Paul Wight has shared his memories of Bray Wyatt in an emotional tribute.

Known as The Big Show in WWE, Wight would face off across the ring from Wyatt on multiple occasions and recalled what the former World Champion was like backstage.

Speaking to Inside The Ropes ahead of All In, Wight described the positive energy that Wyatt brought with him whenever they met:

I’ll be really honest about it, I am still kind of numb from it. When I think of Bray all I think about is his laugh and his smile and no matter what we were doing how excited he was to see me and give me a hug. It doesn’t feel real right now. I’ve been around a long time and lost a of good friends, that’s just unfortunately a part of getting older.

Continuing on with the interview, Wight looked ahead to All In and confirmed that he will be on the pre-show panel for the Wembley Stadium show, and will persevere as best he can at the pay-per-view:

I’ve got a chance to be on the pre-show channel, which gives me a chance to land some of my expertise so to speak on the matches that people should really be excited about and pay attention to. Every match that we have on this All In card is extremely important. There’s a lot of nuances I can point out and that’s my job for the panel. That’s part of being a professional and a pro wrestler, you have to go forward and push through it. I think when I get home to Tampa a lot of this will settle in. But to be a part of this Wembley show and be on the panel and speak with you all I am glad that I can be a part of that.
