Jade Cargill Comments On Signing With WWE

Jade Cargill

Jade Cargill says that she feels like WWE was always the mission for her.

WWE made an extremely big deal about signing the former TBS Women’s Champion by having ESPN make the announcement that they signed the top AEW talent. Even Triple H took to social media to share in the excitement of signing Cargill and the woman herself was just a part of a new interview with The Ringer. Speaking with David Shoemaker and Kazeem Famuyide, Cargill expressed how happy she is to be with the company and what the future holds for her.

β€œIt feels great you know, I feel like I was just in preparation for the grand stage. I felt like this was always the mission. I felt like the shoe fit. I felt like this was gonna happen, honestly this is all expected so I’m excited to be here.”

Elsewhere, Jade Cargill discussed a potential dream match with Bianca Belair.

Jade Cargill Is Shown Walking Into The WWE Performance Center

Tony Khan did provide some brief comments regarding Cargill’s move to WWE on Tuesday’s WrestleDream media call, stating that he was thankful for Jade’s time in AEW and that she was always welcome there. He does wish her the best in the future.

WWE continued to make a major deal of Cargill’s massive move by recording her strolling into the WWE Performance Center down in Orlando.

Cargill follows in the footsteps of Cody Rhodes by being the second major star WWE scooped up from AEW and the speculation begins as to what manner they’ll debut her in. Rhodes notoriously got the major platform of WrestleMania 38 to make his surprise return to the company and Cargill’s signing with WWE isn’t far off from Fastlane, nor Survivor Series in Chicago.

Cody Rhodes has commented on the move, saying he is “proud” and “excited” for Jade Cargill in WWE.

Still yet to make her WWE debut, there is no date set for Jade Cargill’s first match.
