Video Of Cash Wheeler’s Arraignment Surfaces Online

Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler - FTR

Cash Wheeler has been formally notified of the charges against him.

Video footage has emerged online of Wheeler appearing with his attorney in court. The attorney introduces Wheeler and confirms the charge faced is aggravated assault with a firearm. A bond of $2,500 is requested along with no contact being made with the alleged victims.

The attorney continues to confirm that Wheeler is 36 years old, a citizen of the United States and has no prior criminal convictions. An off-camera member of the court confirms that Wheeler does not have any previous criminal history and the incident was a result of road rage, where a handgun was allegedly flashed at the alleged victim. Given that there was no prior history and Wheeler does not know the alleged victims, the agreement seemed reasonable.

The conditions were then repeated back to Wheeler, which is a $2,500 bond and no contact with the victims or witnesses. There was also a demand for any weapons not already in holding to be turned in pending the outcome of the case within 12 hours of the release.

Will Cash Wheeler Travel To The UK For AEW All In?

If Wheeler does not get incarcerated for the charges, the status of the Tag Team Champion for the Wembley Stadium Show on August 27th remains up in the air. With Wheeler set to compete in one of the biggest matches of All In, will the FTR vs. Young Bucks match still be taking place? As seen in the minutes from the arraignment, Wheeler has not been forced to surrender his passport by Orlando authorities.

While this means that Wheeler could technically travel to the United Kingdom, the decision would be ultimately down to UK Border Force.
