Cash Wheeler’s Assault Victim “Feared For His Life”

Cash Wheeler

The written statement of the victim in the Cash Wheeler arrest case has been published.

The account of the alleged victim recalls the series of events that resulted in Wheeler being arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm following an incident described as road rage.

The alleged victim noted a Jeep [driven by Wheeler] was weaving in and out of traffic and honking its horn, resulting in the other vehicle moving over to the far right of the highway to let the vehicle pass. The Jeep would then use the right shoulder to drive around their vehicle on the right shoulder on the passenger side. Looking over at the Jeep, the alleged victim saw a white male with a beard pointing a black semi-automatic handgun at him through the driver’s side window with a strong stare.

The report continues with the alleged victim stating how he feared for his life at that point and slowed down to allow the Jeep to pass, ending up behind the vehicle. Turning off the intersection, the Jeep was seen driving recklessly. The alleged victim then took photos of the Jeep and notified the local authorities.

Details have emerged throughout the day following the news that Cash Wheeler had been arrested regarding the aforementioned felony. The arrest warrant was issued on July 28th followed by a not guilty plea by Wheeler on August 3rd. A video of the arraignment would later surface online where Wheeler was ordered to pay a $2,500 bond, surrender any other firearms and not have any contact with any of the alleged victims. Crucially for wrestling fans, Wheeler was not ordered to surrender his passport by Orlando enforcement officials.
