AEW Cut Reference To Cash Wheeler’s Arrest From AEW Dynamite

Cash Wheeler

A reference to Cash Wheeler’s recent arrest was removed by AEW.

On August 18th Cash Wheeler was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm. During the road rage incident, the alleged victim feared for their life as Wheeler flashed his gun at them through their car window.

The arrest warrant was initially issued back on July 28th, and Wheeler pleaded not guilty via his attorney on August 3rd.

On the August 23rd episode of Dynamite, FTR appeared in an interview segment with the Young Bucks to hype their match at All In. However, it seems the version of the interview that made it to broadcast was different from the original recording.

AEW later posted the clip in its original form, and Dax Harwood went on to share it writing “The version they didn’t want you to see.”

In the unedited clip, Wheeler makes a reference to his legal situation, commenting “I don’t know what’s next for me.”

Is Cash Wheeler Going To Appear At AEW All In?

Despite the uncertainty around his legal situation, Cash Wheeler is set to appear at AEW All In as planned. On the show, Wheeler will team with long-time partner Dax Harwood to defend the World Tag Team Titles against the Young Bucks.

The match serves as the third in a trilogy of contests in AEW between the two teams many consider to be the best in the world.
