Tony Khan is going “all out” in getting the word out about AEW Dynamite tonight going up against NXT and his latest “promotion” was a shot at Triple H and Shawn Michaels.
A new report by Haus Of Wrestling indicates that WWE wants to teach AEW a lesson of pecking order with NXT tonight and Khan, who happens to be celebrating his birthday today with AEW Title Tuesday, isn’t planning for his party to be ruined by the former duo of DX.
In light of the report, Tony Khan took to X to make something about the “message” Shawn Michaels and Triple H want to send his way, stating the following with an image attached of the shot spraypainted on a door:
“I have a message for them: ‘BALD A**SHOLE’
“See you TONIGHT at a special Tuesday Night #AEWDynamite: Title Fight Tuesday at 8pm ET/7pm CT on TBS Network. At least the first 30 Minutes Are Commercial-Free, + a big overrun TONIGHT!”

Tony Khan & AEW Going Up Against A Stacked Deck For NXT
Tony Khan’s hairline shot at Triple H and Shawn Michaels wasn’t the first of his digs in his recent social media postings. The AEW President also made reference to Vince McMahon’s “alleged misdeeds” last night when he want on a flurry of posts promoting his show tonight, which will certainly have stiff competition tonight.
While AEW has the in-ring debut of Adam Copeland occuring tonight in addition to several marquee matches, NXT his bringing in heavy-hitters from their main roster like Cody Rhodes, Asuka, Paul Heyman and John Cena.
In recent news, Tony Khan has commented on the growth of AEW.
