Charlotte Flair Talks Up Potential Match With Bianca Belair

Charlotte Flair, one of the top stars in WWE, is well aware of the anticipation surrounding a potential match with Bianca Belair at WrestleMania.

In a recent interview with Josh Martinez on the Superstar Crossover podcast, Flair expressed her certainty that a one-on-one encounter with Belair will eventually take place at one of the next three WrestleMania events. The clash between the two talented athletes is undeniably main-event-worthy and has been eagerly anticipated by fans.

However, Flair is hesitant to commit to facing only Belair, as she wants to keep her options open for other exciting opportunities in the future. Flair’s reluctance to single out Belair as her sole desired opponent stems from her belief that unexpected developments in the wrestling industry can lead to new and compelling storylines.

She acknowledges that if the Flair vs. Belair match doesn’t materialize at WrestleMania 40, there will still be opportunities at WrestleMania 41 or even WrestleMania 42. Flair emphasised the importance of not overlooking potential matchups that could be equally incredible. Flair stated:

Everyone keeps asking me that. I feel like there’s so many opportunities. Like, obviously, I know Belair vs. Flair is a main event-worthy match, but if it doesn’t happen at [WrestleMania] 40, it’s gonna happen at 41. If it doesn’t happen at 41, it’s gonna happen at 42. Like, I don’t want to say, ‘this exact person,’ because what if I’m not giving credit to something that could potentially be there and be incredible?

What Is Charlotte Flair Doing In WWE Now?

Charlotte Flair has been with the WWE for over a decade, first signing with the company back in 2012. Since then she has gone on to enjoy massive success, capturing the WWE Women’s Championship a staggering 14 times.

Recently she had the opportunity to capture her 15th title at SummerSlam when she took part in a triple threat match between herself, Bianca Belair and then champion Asuka for the WWE Women’s title. Unfortunately for Flair, Belair emerged victorious. However, Belair’s reign was short-lived, as Iyo Sky cashed in her Money in the Bank contract for an instant title match which she won.
