Becky Lynch Pays Tribute To Bray Wyatt After Raw Goes Off The Air

Becky Lynch paid tribute to the late Bray Wyatt after the August 28th episode of WWE Raw, recounting a touching story of how Wyatt had helped her earlier in her career.

Bray Wyatt’s untimely passing has left the pro wrestling world in a state of mourning, and WWE took the opportunity to honour the late superstar throughout the latest episode of Raw. The show culminated in a heart-wrenching tribute by Lynch, who showcased her emotions in a tear-filled moment.

The main event of Raw featured an intense falls count anywhere match between Lynch and Zoey Stark. The bout reached its climax when Lynch powerfully drove Stark through a table, securing the victory with a pinfall. As the match concluded, Lynch removed the Bray armband from her arm and raised it high, symbolising her respect and gratitude for the late Superstar.

After Raw went off the air Lynch took to the microphone to share a heartwarming story about how at a WWE TLC event Wyatt spent a whole afternoon walking Lynch through how to set up tables and various other objects for the match.

Becky Lynch will now look to her upcoming match with Trish Stratus at Payback on September 2nd where the two will face off in a steel cage match.

Who Else Paid Tribute To Bray Wyatt?

Other WWE Superstars also paid tribute to Wyatt on Raw, donning armbands with his name, including Seth Rollins, who wore a “Windham” armband, reminiscent of Mercedes Mone’s gesture during her appearance at AEW All In London.

It was also noticed that Rollins had fitted his WWE World Heavyweight Championship with The Fiend side plate on Raw.
