Becky Lynch may not be in Detroit for SummerSlam but she’s certainly making her displeasure at that fact known on social media…
Despite having built a rivalry worthy of WWE’s second biggest event of the year, Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus‘ match was cut from SummerSlam earlier this week due to the company recently enforcing smaller cards and shorter matches for their Premium Live Events.
Naturally, both stars don’t seem pleased to have their long-awaited singles rematch moved from the major event to the August 14th edition of RAW and now Lynch has seemingly voiced her thoughts on the matter on social media!
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Lynch posted a picture from her at home where she appears to be making lemonade from fresh lemons. The multi-time Women’s Champion accompanied the photo with a caption that implied her disappointment at being excluded from the show.
“Making lemonade with all these lemons I’ve been given.
What’s everyone else up to this weekend?!”

Why Did Trish Stratus Turn On Becky Lynch?
Lynch and Stratus’ issues stem back to their former alliance alongside Lita earlier in 2023. Feeling underappreciated as a sidekick to Lynch, Stratus cost Becky the Women’s Tag Team titles after attacking Lynch’s co-title holder Lita backstage.
Stratus went on to attack Lynch after her title loss, officially turning heel for the first time since 2005, and defeated Becky at Night Of Champions with help from recent NXT call-up Zoey Stark. Stark and Stratus later cost Becky Lynch the Women’s Money In The Bank briefcase at Money In The Bank in London.
