WWE Star Ridge Holland Deletes Twitter Following Online Abuse

Ridge Holland at WWE Money In The Bank

Ridge Holland has quit Twitter after coming under fire from fans for a second time.

On the July 14th episode of WWE SmackDown, Sheamus teamed with Ridge Holland to take on Pretty Deadly — Elton Prince and Kit Wilson. During the match, Prince suffered a separated shoulder during a spot with Holland. “Ridge The Fridge” later revealed that Prince suffered the injury during a “wonky” landing from the pounce, and had nothing to do with a Belly-To-Belly as some fans had claimed.

Despite insisting that the accident was out of his control and wishing Prince a speedy recovery, Holland has now deleted Twitter after the abuse continued.

There is currently no word on when Elton Prince will return to the ring.

Ridge Holland Received Death Threats Online

This isn’t the first time that Ridge Holland has been under the microscope and called out on social media. Back in March 2022, Holland was involved in an accident that saw Big E break his neck. During a match involving the pair, Big E took an Overhead Belly-To-Belly Suplex from the star and landed high on his head and neck.

Although the pair remain on good terms, that didn’t stop the torrent of abuse on Twitter. Speaking back in March, Holland revealed that he’d received death threats, and threats had been made against his family following the incident.

Big E is yet to return to the ring following the accident.
