Dave Meltzer has given his thoughts on all the action from WWE Money In The Bank.

On July 1st, Money In The Bank headed outside the United States for the first time in history and landed in the United Kingdom. The show played out in from of a raucous, packed house at the 02 Arena, and broke a number of WWE records along the way.

Damian Priest and Iyo Sky were the winners of the two ladder matches and will now have a shot at World Championship gold at some point during the next year. The show also saw wins for Cody Rhodes, Gunther and Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan who regained the Women’s Tag Team Titles.

In the main event, Roman Reigns was pinned for the first time since December 15th, 2019, as he and Solo Sikoa lost out to The Usos in an emotionally charged match-up. The spectacular also saw the return of Drew McIntyre who confronted Gunther, and for one night only, John Cena, who made a pitch for WWE to bring WrestleMania to the English capital.

Writing in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer has now given his thoughts on the action. The main event top scored with four and a half stars, while two matches scored just two and three-quarter stars.
