The Rock is making sure that Santa Claus is in the best shape possible for the festive season.
As seen in a video on social media, Santa, played by personal trainer Mike Ryan, takes a trip to The Great One’s Iron Paradise to lift weights alongside “his little brother Dwanta” as part of the former World Champion’s annual tradition.
With a humorous take on “The Night Before Christmas” playing over the footage, the video is a commercial for the Project Rock line of fitness clothing made by Under Armour. The poem is as follows:
‘Twas the night before Christmas and just where is Santa?
He’s at the Iron Paradise with his little brother, Dwanta.Every year before his ride it’s a family tradition.
Get Santa awoke as f***, that’s Dwanta’s mission.

The video posted over the weekend already has more than 8 million views and is one of the most popular reels on the Project Rock Instagram account in 2023.

Taking time to give back to the community, The Rock recently surprised more than 20 Make-A-Wish kids at Universal Studios in Los Angeles, California. During the visit, The Rock recalled in an interview how the charity was important to his late father Rocky Johnson, who granted the first wish for the organisation in the New Jersey area.
