MJF And Adam Cole’s Opponents For AEW All Out Confirmed [Spoilers]

MJF and Adam Cole celebrate at AEW All In

MJF and Adam Cole now know who they will be facing at AEW All Out.

At AEW All In, Adam Cole and MJF defeated Aussie Open to win the ROH World Tag Team Titles on the zero-hour pre-show. In recent weeks the pair have become great friends despite being great rivals, seemingly battling against their better judgement.

In fact, their union almost fell apart just hours after their tag title win, when they met in the main event with AEW World Title on the line. MJF fought against his urges to do anything he could to keep hold of the title, and it almost cost him. By contrast, Cole pushed the very limits of their friendship as he tried to win the World Title. In the end, after some harsh words, the pair hugged it out in the middle of the ring after MJF had emerged victorious.

Fast forward to the August 30th episode of Dynamite and it was announced that the pair will be defending their Tag Team Titles at All Out, with their opponents decided in a Battle Royal on Rampage.

With Rampage being taped directly after Dynamite, it’s been revealed the champions will face Dark Order’s John Silver & Alex Reynolds. The duo saw off the likes of Aussie Open, Best Friends and The Butcher & The Blade.

Will MJF Be Defending The AEW World Title?

Although MJF pulled double-duty at All In, it appears he won’t be doing the same in Chicago. At present, the AEW World Championship won’t be defended on the show, and a match is unlikely to be added.

Instead, AEW has announced the launch of the Grand Slam World Title Eliminator Tournament which will begin on September 6th. The winner will face MJF at AEW Grand Slam.
