Triple H Congratulates Logan Paul On WWE Title Win

Triple H poingting at new WWE United States Champion Logan Paul

Triple H says Logan Paul has cemented his place in WWE with his title win.

Logan Paul challenged Rey Mysterio for the United States Championship at Crown Jewel. The match saw one of The Maverick’s entourage attempt to give him brass knuckles to get the advantage, but they were knocked out of Paul’s hand before Santos Escobar chased off Paul’s friend.

However, Escobar had left the brass knuckles on the ring apron, which allowed Paul to finally pick them up and use them to devastating effect, countering a West Coast Pop with a knockout punch and scoring the pinfall victory.

Despite the dirty tactics, after the show, Triple H took to social media to congratulate Paul and tell him he had cemented his place in sports entertainment with the victory.

“Just 8 matches into his career, @LoganPaul has cemented his place in the world of sports entertainment… and now, he’s got the hardware to prove it.

“Congratulations to your new U.S. Champion, “The Maverick” Logan Paul. #USTitle #WWECrownJewel”

Logan Paul sends warning to Bad Bunny

Logan Paul has commented on a potential match with Bad Bunny, although he warned the rap megastar off the idea.

During a recent interview, Paul claimed Bunny “don’t want this smoke” and described the star as “scrawny” compared to his own 250lb frame.

Despite that, he didn’t rule out a potential match, noting that WWE 2K23 has given the two of them similar stats, and adding that they might well need to settle things in the ring.
