“Brock Looks Good Doesn’t He?” – Dana White On Brock Lesnar UFC Return Rumours

Brock Lesnar

Dana White has commented on speculation that Brock Lesnar could make a stunning return to UFC.

At SummerSlam Brock Lesnar was defeated by Cody Rhodes in definitive fashion bringing their rivalry to an end. At the end of the match, Lesnar went and embraced Rhodes before raising his hand, in an unscripted moment of respect.

While some felt that this was his way of saying goodbye, it’s been reported that Brock Lesnar will be taking a break.

Interestingly, after the match it was revealed that before the clash Lesnar was working with a strength and conditioning coach, while some fans observed that he looked leaner than he has in his matches. This coupled with the fact that Lesnar is taking a break from WWE and his star shows no sign of dimming led some to question whether he might be preparing for a return to UFC.

Speaking to Sports Illustrated, UFC boss Dana White noted how good Lesnar looked during his match with Rhodes.

“Brock looks good, doesn’t he?” says White. “He always does.”

Despite this, White doesn’t feel that the 46-year-old and former UFC Champion will be back in the octagon.

“I think Brock’s done,” says White. “I don’t think he ever comes back.”

When Did Brock Lesnar Last Fight In UFC?

After leaving WWE in 2004, Brock Lesnar attempted to launch a career in the NFL. Despite impressing those involved and coming closer to making the move a success than he perhaps had any right to, Lesnar moved on to MMA.

This saw him land in UFC in 2007, with the star making his debut early the following year. Although much of his run was dogged by diverticulitis, Lesnar won the Heavyweight Championship. Lesnar retired from UFC in late 2011 but returned in 2016 to defeat Mark Hunt. However, the fight was later declared a No Contest after The Beast tested positive for a banned substance, and he hasn’t fought since.
