Mick Foley Names The Toughest WWE Superstars Of All Time

Mick Foley

Toughness and professional wrestling go hand-in-hand, but some wrestlers are tougher than others. And few people know more about withstanding inhuman punishment more than Mick Foley.

Throughout his decades-long wrestling career, Foley put himself through incredible pain and dished out the same to his opponents. Whether he was competing in psychology-driven stories against the likes of Shawn Michaels, fighting in unchained brawls with Vader, or pushing the boundaries of acceptable violence in ECW, Foley has firsthand knowledge of who the toughest wrestlers of all time are.

That was his mindset during a recent Q&A that took place on TikTok. Because of the video’s short length, Foley couldn’t explain his answers or say more than a few words for each question. But he still threw out two big names when asked who he considered the toughest he’s ever been in the ring with.

Mick Foley names Terry Funk and The Undertaker as the toughest WWE Superstars of all time

According to Foley, Terry Funk and The Undertaker are the two WWE superstars he considers tougher than everyone else he’s been in the ring with.

Funk, who wrestled in WWE briefly as Chainsaw Charlie, is widely considered one of the godfathers of American wrestling and is considered by many longtime wrestling fans to be the greatest professional wrestler of all time.

As for the Undertaker, his feud with Mankind needs little explanation. The two of them had that famous Hell in a Cell match 25 years ago, but while most people remember Foley’s famous fall and the injuries he sustained, Foley has taken several occasions to remind people that Undertaker wrestled that match – and climbed up and down the cell – with a broken foot.

Recently on social media, Mick Foley credited an unlikely Hollywood star with helping him achieve his wrestling dreams.
