Tony Khan Offered AEW Talent Private Jet To Bray Wyatt’s Funeral

Tony Khan went out of his way to provide a private jet to AEW talent who wished to attend Bray Wyatt’s funeral earlier this week!

In the wake of the unexpected passing of Bray Wyatt, it was reported that several AEW talents could be set to miss upcoming episodes of AEW Dynamite in order to attend the former WWE Champion’s funeral. Tony Khan was said to have given permission for the absences directly.

Now, more information has come to light on how else the AEW President went out of his way to assist members of his roster in attending Wyatt’s services. Matt Hardy was one such talent and opened up about the experience during the latest edition of the Extreme Life Of Matt Hardy.

The former Broken One revealed that Khan offered all talents who wanted to attend Wyatt’s funeral a private jet from Florida to Indianapolis, Indiana to ensure they could get to AEW Dynamite following the service. Hardy said the move displayed how kind-hearted Khan is.

“A big shout out to Tony (Khan), he took care of everybody really good. He sent a jet down there, carried all the AEW talents up to TV in Indianapolis. I was very grateful for that, and definitely appreciated it.

Once again, just showing how good-hearted of a human being he is. He really made it work out so that everyone who wanted to attend could attend.”

Tony Khan Was Recently Praised By Jade Cargill

Hardy isn’t the only AEW star to shower his boss with praise lately: Jade Cargill had kind words for him admist her ongoing AEW absence.

The formerly undefeated AEW TBS Champion admitted she is in constant contact with Tony and called him a “phenomenal boss” who loved AEW as a company.
