John Cena Health Update After Recent Surgeries

John Cena

John Cena says he’s ready to seize the day with two working arms.

Back in August, it was announced that Cena would be making his way back to WWE amidst the SAG-AFTRA strike. The star’s first match back in the company took place at Superstar Spectacle in India, where he teamed with Seth Rollins to defeat Imperium. He made regular appearances on SmackDown throughout September and October and competed at both Fastlane and Crown Jewel.

Now, his return seems to have come to an end, and on November 10th, Cena took to social media to reveal that he’d undergone a medical procedure on his arm and would soon be having the other arm taken care of. He wrote:

“Thank you @JeffDugasMD and your entire team in Birmingham! One arm fixed, clean & headed for therapy … one arm left to go! Thank you again and see you ASAP for the next one!!”

On November 21st, Cena took to X (formerly known as Twitter) once more to announce that he’d undergone his second procedure and was ready to seize the day with two working arms.

“Thank you for the autograph, @JeffDugasMD! So very grateful to him and his whole team for two successful surgeries. A world-class facility that has me ready to seize the day… with two repaired arms!”

What Was John Cena’s Last WWE Match?

John Cena’s final bout before undergoing surgery took place at Crown Jewel on November 4th. Cena lost to Solo Sikoa at the Saudi Arabia show in decisive fashion, with The Bloodline member hitting multiple Samoan Spikes to pin the 16-time World Champion in what appears to be Cena’s final match until further notice.
