WWE Hall Of Famer Claims Dominik Mysterio Has “The Most Heat In Wrestling”

Dominik Mysterio and Damian Priest

Since joining Judgment Day after turning his back on his father at Clash at the Castle, Dominik Mysterio has established himself as one of the top heels in WWE.

After finding his feet in the group, his partnership with Rhea Ripley took his star to a whole new level. As his feud with his father Rey Mysterio escalated, Dominik has become increasingly hated by crowds, something that has continued since his loss at WrestleMania 39.

In recent weeks, including on the May 1st episode of Raw, Dominik has been stopped from cutting his promo by fans reigning down abuse and boos from the stands.

During a recent episode of his podcast, Oh You Didn’t Know, Road Dogg was asked whether storylines can ever “make” stars. The veteran said that he didn’t necessarily agree, but talented performers can hit with crowds given the right creative, citing Dominik as an example.

Road Dogg said that Dominik’s feud with his father helped make him the “huge star” he is today.

“Dom probably has the most heat in professional wrestling right now, and it was all because of this story they did with Rey [Mysterio]… He’s a huge star right now, I don’t know what else to tell you,”

Dominik Mysterio To Remain On Raw

The May 1st episode of Raw formed the second part of the WWE Draft. While there were some big movers on the night including Austin Theory and Ronda Rousey, Rhea Ripley, Dominik Mysterio and the rest of Judgment Day will be staying on Monday Night Raw.
