Charlotte Flair is ready to make another bid to become Women’s Champion.
On the September 29th episode of SmackDown Flair was scheduled to take on Bayley, but she had her eyes on a bigger prize. Before the match, she asked her rival what happened as she used to be one of the Four Horsewomen. The Queen then said once she’s defeated Bayley she’d go on to face IYO SKY at Fastlane.
As many fans predicted, Flair got the win after hitting a huge Spear.
After the match, Bayley got on the microphone and said it was her plan to destroy Flair, and accused her of trying to cut the line. Just as it looked like Damage CTRL was going to attack, Asuka made her way to the ring and cut a promo in Japanese.
Bayley translated what was going on and announced SKY would defend her Women’s title against both Flair and Asuka at Fastlane, as the champion looked on unimpressed.
Charlotte Flair Wants Match With Bianca Belair
Although she’s got her eye on more championship gold, Charlotte Flair is also preparing for a huge match with Bianca Belair.
While Flair didn’t want to focus solely on Belair, she explained a WrestleMania match with the EST is inevitable whether it happens in 2024, 2025, or even 2026.
