Bobby Lashley defeats Sheamus via submission (The Hurt Lock)

  • Sheamus is covered in heavy bruising and lacerations across his chest as a result of the injuries sustained at last nights Fastlane PPV.
  • Hangman Neckbreaker from Lashley allows the WWE Champion to begin working over the neck and upper body of Sheamus.
  • The Hurt Business blindside Sheamus and although MVP appears to have orchestrated the attack, Lashley looks angered and confused as to why it is happening.
  • Alexander attempts to provide a referee distraction only for Lashley to angrily tell him to get down, the miscommunication leads to a near fall for Sheamus off a roll-up attempt.
  • Following further distraction from Alexander, Lashley locks in The Hurt Lock and forces Sheamus to tap.
  • Post-match Alexander and Benjamin beat down Sheamus as Lashley and MVP look on angrily.
  • McIntyre makes the run-in to save his long time friend turned rival from the grasp of The Hurt Business.
  • During a later post-match angle Lashley shows some aspects of a face character stating that he did not ask for The Hurt Business’ help and that it was a singles match, one vs. one.
  • MVP brings it back to a more heel focus, stating that their involvement tarnishes Lashley’s image implying that he needs help to get the job done.

Asuka defeats Peyton Royce via submission (Asuka Lock), Rhea Ripley debuts.

  • Segment opens with a recap of Royce’s fantastic ‘let me go’ promo on RAW Talk 2-weeks ago.
  • Match is very even in the opening exchanges, with Royce holding her own against Asuka and managing to lock in a handful of well executed submissions.
  • Modified Roll-Up from Royce gets her a near-fall over the WWE RAW Women’s Champion before Asuka responds with one of her own following the Double-Knee Facebuster.
  • Asuka locks in the Asuka Lock to force Royce to tap out.
  • Post-match Rhea Ripley makes her debut, references Charlotte being out for WrestleMania due to COVID.
  • Ripley challenges Asuka to a WWE RAW Women’s Championship match at WrestleMania to which Asuka…accepts.
  • WWE announce Asuka vs. Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania is official.

WrestleMania edition of MizTV, The Miz challenges Bad Bunny to a WrestleMania match

  • Before the segment, The Miz states that this edition of Miz TV will have WrestleMania implications.
  • Segment begins with The Miz stating his anger at being humiliated and laughed at by Bad Bunny and Damien Priest.
  • The Miz reminds Bad Bunny that he might be the biggest selling artist in the world, but he…The Miz is the only two-time Grand Slam Champion in WWE history.
  • Morrison and Miz state that they are most angry of all, because on the WrestleMania poster is not him or The Miz but instead Priest and Bad Bunny.
  • Next week on a special edition of The Dirt Sheet will be the debut of ‘Hey Hey Hop Hop’ dedicated to Bad Bunny (Lonely Island style disstrack).
  • The Miz challenges Bad Bunny to a match at WrestleMania to close the segment.

The Miz [w/ John Morrison] defeats Jeff Hardy via pinfall [Skull Crushing Finale]

  • Post-match promo from Hardy during which he tells The Miz to send Morrison to the back so they can settle this one-on-one.
  • Baited in by Hardy’s comments, Morrison is sent backstage by the former WWE Champion.
  • Hardy sets up from the Swanton Bomb but instead hits a falling Front Splash before setting up for the Twist of Fate.
  • Skull Crushing Finale from The Miz allows him to pick up the clean win over Hardy.
  • Post-match Bad Bunny returns the favour from last week, laying The Miz out with a Guitar Shot before calling The Miz a bitch and accepting his WrestleMania challenge,

Kofi Kingston [w/ Xavier Woods] defeats AJ Styles [w/ Omos] via pinfall (SOS)

  • Pre-match promo, Styles hypes up Omos’ debut at WrestleMania and praising his upcoming WrestleMania opponents but states that this is one of the things he needs to do to tick off his bucket list.
  • Kingston and Woods cut an accent in an English accent mocking Styles for being short and stating that they wont lose to Omos and Styles because they are not a team.
  • The New Day conduct a best friends test on Omos on Styles, revealing that Styles does not know that Omos’ favourite colour is Mauve, his favourite Ice Cream is Peanut Butter Caramel or that his favourite wrestler of all time is Andre the Giant.
  • Athletically impressive exchange from Styles and Kingston early one with Kingston coming out on top.
  • Omos and Woods exchange a heated exchange on the outside, the distraction of which allows Styles to counter Kingston’s Trouble In Paradise attempt.
  • Styles locks in the Calf Crusher targeting Kingston’s injured left knee, however, Kofi manages to make the ropebreak.
  • As Styles attempts to hit the Phenomonal Forearm, Woods blows the Trombone causing Styles to lose his footing.
  • Styles attempts to hit his signature Maneuverer again however Kingston counters into the S.O.S for the win.

Drew McIntyre defeats The Hurt Business – Benjamin and Alexander are banned from ringside at WrestleMania.

  • McIntyre is able to dominate early on due to his superior power however well timed tags and blindsided offence allow The Hurt Business to regain control.
  • Jumping Knee Strike followed by a Suicide Dive sends McIntyre flying into the Barricade before the ad-break.
  • Added stipulation for the match, if McIntyre wins Alexander and Benjamin are banned from ringside at WrestleMania.
  • McIntyre hits the Claymore Kick on Benjamin before hitting Alexander with a vicious Claymore Kick allowing him to pick up the win.

Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax [w/ Reginald] defeat Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke via pinfall (Samoan Drop)

  • Nia and Baszler are distracted by ‘Reggie’ has the bell rings allowing Brooke to get the jump on Baszler.
  • Lana and Naomi are on commentary for the match, whilst Reginald is at ringside.
  • Despite Rose and Brooke getting some offence in, Jax handily dismantles Brooke with the Samoan Drop.

Braun Strowman defeats Elias via pinfall (Running Powerslam)

  • Rematch of last nights Fastlane PPV match, justified by commentary stating Elias is desperate for a WrestleMania opportunity.
  • Elias and Shane perform their new song ‘Braun is Stupid’
  • “There’s a man called Braun who is big in size, but his Brain is small and not too wide.”
  • WWE now have a train SFX for when Strowman runs around ringside.
  • Quick match, Strowman wins via Running Powerslam.
  • Shane McMahon attempts to lay Braun out from behind with a crutch but Braun no sells it.
  • McMahon runs away, revealing his injury was faked to get out of the match against Braun.
  • Braun challenges Shane McMahon to a one-on-one match at WrestleMania.

Randy Orton and The Fiend come face-to-face

  • Randy states that this, everything with The Fiend and Alexa, ends tonight before stating ‘no more bullshit’.
  • The Fiend in his new suit teleports behind Randy being summoned from a Jack-in-the-Box by Bliss.
  • Orton remains calm instead pulling out a gas tank and slowly approaching The Fiend.
  • As The Fiend approaches Orton covered in gasoline, Orton hits an RKO before being distracted by Bliss.
  • The Fiends locks in the Mandible Claw onto Orton before connecting with Sister Abigail.
  • Post-match commentary announce that The Fiend has asked for a WrestleMania match against Orton.
