Daniel Bryan Wants A Universal Championship Rematch… TONIGHT

  • Bryan requests a Universal Championship rematch tonight and says he refuses to leave till he gets it. He sits in the steel chair and we cut to commercial. Bryan is still sitting when we cut back and eventually Adam Pearce comes out and says he can’t give him a rematch tonight.
  • Pearce says the referee’s decision is final and hence his next Universal Championship defence will be against Edge. Bryan suggests he fight whoever wins Edge/Roman immediately after but Pearce declines. Bryan reminds him that he had to do exactly that at Elimination Chamber.
  • Bryan then suggests that Edge vs Roman happens on night 1 with the winner facing him on night 2 before Edge interrupts. Edge berates Bryan for wanting to ‘pick the bones’ at WrestleMania, telling Bryan he doesn’t deserve the match and calling him a “son of a b*tch.”
