CM Punk Involved in “Physical Confrontation” Backstage At AEW All In

CM Punk in AEW

CM Punk and Jack Perry have been involved in another confrontation backstage.

It’s been reported by multiple outlets that CM Punk and Jack Perry were involved in some kind of backstage in the moments before the main AEW All In card went on the air.

It was noted by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful that there was a “physical confrontation” between the pair right before Punk went through the curtain for his match against Samoa Joe. A Fightful Select update confirmed that things got physical and there was “a lot of yelling.”

Perry was reportedly upset at how a previous confrontation was relayed publicly by those close to Punk.

This was followed by a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider noted that while he was working on getting more information, “several sources claiming Punk “went after” or (depending on the story) “hit” Perry.

During his match with Hook, Perry fought on the hood of a limo and said straight into the camera “real glass, cry me a river.” A reference to his previous backstage clash with Punk.

What Happened Between CM Punk And Jack Perry?

The latest incident comes after a previous argument was made public. It was recently reported that CM Punk and Jack Perry got into it backstage at a taping for Collision over a spot where Perry wanted to use real glass instead of gimmicked glass.

It was claimed that Punk advised Perry against the spot, and Perry “threw a temper tantrum.”

It has been revealed that CM Punk was held by security in his dressing room following his match at AEW All In.
