Marshall Von Erich Says “Iron Claw” Will Not Be 100% Accurate

Marshall Von Erich, son of Kevin Von Erich, reacted to the trailer on X. The former MLW Tag Team Champion noted that the film didn’t include Kevin in on the filming process and said how that will affect the historical accuracy of the film, but still shared in the excitement of the movie getting made and released.

“I knew it wouldn’t be 100% accurate because my Dad wasn’t Involved but those of you that know our family know that God played a major role in our story. Still excited about it and think it can help a lot of people that are suffering from loss. They nailed the wardrobe tho.”

In a new update [October 20th] it has been reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the family have seen the movie in a private showing:

The Von Erich family was given a private screening of the movie “The Iron Claw” on 10/19 in Boerne, TX, where they live and where Kevin’s grandson goes to high school with Bill Goldberg’s son
