Jade Cargill’s mother has sadly passed away after a battle with cancer.
Taking to Instagram today, Cargill announced that her mother’s cancer battle came to an end on December 11th. The star posted a photo of her holding her mother’s hand as well as a photograph of her mom in scrubs and a lab coat.
Cargill also shared beautiful words in tribute to her mother, writing:
“You put up a good fight mom. But God has bigger plans for you. I’m so proud of you. Our last mother ❤️. I know grandma and great grandma was there waiting, elated to bring you in. It’s never goodbye, it’s see you later. YOU taught me that. ❤️
Yesterday my mother lost in the battle with cancer. I will never question what God has in store for us, I am thankful God gave us such an outstanding, loving mother…I’ll see you later ❤️🙏🏾”
When Did Jade Cargill Sign With WWE?
Shortly after her exit from AEW in mid-September, it was announced on September 26th that Cargill had signed with WWE. Following her signing, she was spotted in backstage segments on Raw, SmackDown, and NXT, and has reportedly been training at the Performance Center.
The star has yet to make her in-ring debut, but speaking in a recent interview, Cargill said that fans should be patient as they’re “making a diamond.” Cargill also praised the professionalism of everyone in WWE.
