John Cena's Opponent Confirmed For WWE Crown Jewel

John Cena will be in action at Crown Jewel and looks to break an unwanted streak.

As announced on WWE’s social media, Cena will be facing Solo Sikoa one-on-one at the Saudi Arabia show in what will be his first appearance in the Kingdom since the debut show back in 2018.

At The Greatest Royal Rumble, Cena opened the show with a victory over Triple H. Coincidentally, this was also the location where the 16-time World Champion last won a singles match, and is looking to change that as soon as possible.

As seen on the October 20th edition of SmackDown, Cena stated that it has been over 2000 days since he won a one-on-one match, hinting that it might be time to think about ending his in-ring career. Going on to say that it is not that time just yet, Cena promised that there would be hell to pay for whoever walked out next, which brought out Sikoa. A physical altercation occurred, with Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso getting involved and Cena standing tall.

During a taping for an upcoming edition of SmackDown, John Cena claimed Solo Sikoa was just a rip-off of an AEW star!

John Cena Is The Latest Big Name Added To Crown Jewel

While multiple big stars such as Roman Reigns and Logan Paul have been confirmed for the event, one star notably absent from the upcoming Saudi Arabia show is Brock Lesnar. With many curious as to why The Beast has not been booked on a Saudi Arabia show for the first time ever, Brock Lesnar’s absence has been recently revealed. The main event of Crown Jewel will see Roman Reigns defend the Undisputed Championship against LA Knight.

Continuing to be a draw more than 20 years later, John Cena has had a major impact on weekly ticket sales.
