Don Callis and Konosuke Takeshita revealed a new painting. It was a picture of Takeshita attacking Kota Ibushi, who Callis named as Takeshita’s next target. Callis said they will butcher him, skin him and burn him. Callis said that when they spill Ibushi’s blood in this ring, Omega will be watching at home helpless like the “pathetic cuck” that Omega is.

The Blackpool Combat Club was interviewed with Bryan Danielson saying he’ll team up with Claudio Castagnoli against Big Bill & Ricky Starks on AEW Collision this Saturday night.

Match #2:Toni Storm defeated Hikaru Shida, Nyla Rose (w/Marina Shafir) and Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. – Storm won with the dreaded rollup on Baker.

Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevera did an in-ring promo together about their friendship over the last four years leading to their AEW Dynamite Grand Slam match next week. They spoke about their respect for eachother. Sammy stared Jericho in the eye saying he was going to beat him, earn his respect, shake hands, hug and they would go on to win some tag team titles. Jericho said he would be the best he could be in the match and hit Sammy hard in the match while Sammy said he’ll do the same to him.

A video aired featuring AEW World Champion MJF in the trainer’s room from last week. MJF was told to take this week’s Dynamite off and he can return for Dynamite Grand Slam. MJF did a promo about beating Roderick Strong or Samoa Joe. MJF did a Scott Steiner math promo from his TNA days to warn Joe. It was a creative promo by MJF as usual.

Match #3: “Hangman” Adam Page beat Brian Cage (w/Prince Nana) by pinfall with the Deadye.

After the match, Hangman and Swerve Strickland exchanged words like last week on Dynamite. Swerve said they’ll have a match at AEW WrestleDream on October 1st. Cage attacked Page after the match, but The Young Bucks made the save with superkicks on Cage and Prince Nana.

Roderick Strong was selling the neck injury after the match when Adam Cole went down to check on him.
