WWE Raw Delivers “Shockingly Good” Ratings

WWE Raw Delivers

Dave Meltzer discussed the remarkable television ratings achieved by WWE Raw, despite facing tough competition from the Monday night NFL game.

The clash between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles, which saw the Eagles emerge victorious with a score of 21-17, drew massive viewership. However, WWE Raw managed to hold its ground and maintain a consistent viewership number from the previous week, which in itself was a remarkable feat.

In the latest episode of the Wrestling Observer Radio podcast, Meltzer expressed his astonishment at the performance of WWE Raw, stating:

Shockingly good. Especially because that football game did ridiculous numbers. The Raw viewership number was essentially the same as the week before, which was amazing.

Despite a slight decrease of 0.5% in overall viewership, WWE Raw witnessed a significant surge in the coveted 18 to 49 demographic, with a remarkable increase of 12%. This demographic achieved a rating of 0.49, a shocking number.
