Bobby Lashley Opens Monday Night RAW, The Hurt Business splits.

  • The full Hurt Business flank Bobby Lashley as he marches down to the ring, MVP and Lashley recap their offer to the WWE Locker Room- take out McIntyre and replace him at WrestleMania.
  • MVP draws attention to Alexander and Benjamin’s defeat last week, and what their loss has meant for The Hurt Business at WrestleMania.
  • Lashley refers to Alexander and Benjamin and embarrassments and states they are tarnishing his legacy.
  • Benjamin and Alexander refuse to be spoken down to and fight back, leading to Lashley laying both men out and declaring The Hurt Business over.
  • Backstage later in the night, Benjamin and Alexander demand singles matches against Bobby Lashley tonight and next week.

Sheamus defeats Riddle via pinfall [Knee-Strike]

  • Backstage Riddle congratulates Titus O’Neil on hosting “The WrestleMania Roast” before he is jumped by his upcoming opponent – Sheamus.
  • As Matt Riddle kicks off his flip-flops, they transition into SFX Birds flying at the screen.
  • Sheamus is laid out at ringside following a Floating Bro off the apron from the United States Champion.
  • Riddle hits an incredibly athletic belly to belly off the top turnbuckle, laying both men out and halting Sheamus’ momentum.
  • Sheamus attempts to counter a Triangle Choke into a Powerbomb however Riddle is able to hold on causing further damage to the Right Arm of Sheamus.
  • ‘The Celtic Warrior’ hits White Noise onto the apron for a very near two-fall.
  • Sheamus picks up the win with a Bicycle Knee Strike to the Temple of Riddle.

Braun Strowman defeats Jaxson Ryker via pinfall [Running Powerslam], Steel Cage Match made official for WrestleMania

  • Shane McMahon pulls up ‘Braun’s report card from when he was five, showing nothing but D grades.
  • Strowman squashed Ryker inside three minutes with the Running Powerslam.
  • As Shane McMahon attempts to run off following Ryker’s defeat, Elias blindsides Strowman allowing McMahon to laugh on the apron.
  • Strowman reminds Shane that he gave him permission to choose any match to face Shane in at WrestleMania and he has decided…it will be…a Steel Cage Match.
  • Shane McMahon vs. Braun Strowman at WrestleMania is now officially a Steel Cage match

The Miz and John Morrison debut their new hit single “Hey Hey Hop Hop”

  • The Miz and Morrison recap their feud with Bad Bunny and why they are angry at his attitude coming into the WWE.
  • Miz states that at WrestleMania he sends Bad Bunny back to The Grammy Awards.
  • They debut their admittedly very catchy Loney Island-esque parody Rap song mocking Priest and Bad Bunny.
  • Priest and Bunny come down admitting that they found their music video entertaining but state that maybe they should have been training because otherwise Bad Bunny is going to handle him effortlessly.
  • Damian Priest invites The Miz to try Bad Bunny right now, The Miz attempts to beat him down but instead gets a stiff right hand for his trouble.

Bobby Lashley [w/ MVP] defeats Shelton Benjamin [w/ Cedric Alexander] via submission [The Hurt Lock].

  • Bobby Lashley immediately dominates Benjamin, lifting him into a Fireman’s Carry and running him head first into the Turnbuckle.
  • Lashley chases Alexander out back allowing Benjamin time to recover and hit the Paydirt for a near-fall.
  • The WWE Champion counters a second Pay-Dirt attempt into a Single Handed Spinebuster following up with The Hurt Lock which forces Benjamin to tap out.
  • Riddle vs. Sheamus for the United States Champion is now official for WrestleMania as announced following this segment.

Xavier Woods defeats AJ Styles via DQ following New Day Game Night

  • The New Day challenge Omos and Styles to a series of Games Night games to prove who is the better team starting with Charades.
  • Xavier Woods successfully guesses Kingston impression of ‘A Thousand Miles’ whilst Omos fails to guess ‘The Lion King’.
  • Following Charades they play Pictionary in which Omos fails to guess ‘The Sun’ whilst Kingston successfully guesses ‘Rocket Ship’.
  • Woods takes Styles down on the outside via a over the Top Rope Cannon Ball Dive.
  • Styles is nearly put away by a picture perfect Tornado DDT however he gets his shoulder up at two.
  • Omos catches the leg of Woods on the outside tossing him back into the ring forcing the DQ loss, Omos Gorilla Presses Kingston over the barricade before laying out Woods with a monster Chokeslam.

Alexa’s Playground, Alexa States Randy Orton Dies at WrestleMania

  • Bliss reveals that the Jack in a Box that she holds is actually a Demon in the Box and is wrapped in an ancient spell or as she calls it, her Fiend in a Box.
  • Bliss continues stating that Randy’s biggest mistake is thinking he knows what comes next, however she gives us a hint…at WresteMania the legend killer dies.
  • Segment ends with Bliss summoning The Fiend out of her box.
  • Following the segment, McIntyre is shown backstage causing riot as he demands whoever is going to try lay him out for Lashley grows a pair and does it to his face.
  • After speaking down all the locker room, Ricochet looks at him face-to-face and states: “If you want a fight, you’ve got it”.

Naomi [w/Lana] defeats Shayna Baszler [w/ Reginald & Nia Jax] via pinfall [Roll-Up]

  • Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose and on commentary for this match, state their desire to take on Jax and Baszler at WrestleMania.
  • Lana takes a swipe at Reginald on the outside who avoids the strike, Lana then shoves Jax into Rose and Brooke before getting laid out by Brooke for her trouble.
  • In all the commotion Naomi rolls up Baszler to pick up the very short win.
  • Backstage after the match Asuka is joined by Riddle who asks her if she thinks Scooters would sell well in Japan, Asuka looks confused and stares down the hard lens comedically.

Rhea Ripley and Asuka’s WrestleMania complete their contract signing, Tag Match Confirmed for Next Week.

  • Ripley and Asuka exchange a war of words, with Asuka stating that Ripley is over confident a statement that the former NXT Champion does not disagree with.
  • The war of words is short with both Superstars eager to sign the contract, Asuka then screams at Rhea stating that her confidence is borrowed not earned.
  • Ripley throws the Table into Asuka and with the WWE RAW Women’s Champion is down, Baszler and Jax make their way to the ring.
  • Ripley and Baszler renew their NXT rivalry with the pair agreeing to a tag match next week, Asuka and Ripley vs. Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler.

Drew McIntyre defeats Ricochet via pinfall [Claymore Kick], McIntyre then defeats Mustafa Ali via pinfall [Claymore Kick], Baron Corbin returns to Monday Night Raw.

  • Ricochet immediately gets rag dolled around the ring by McIntyre who tosses the former BOSJ Winner effortlessly.
  • Although Ricochet can avoid McIntyre’s offense early on, eventually an attempt to close out the match from the top ropes allows McIntyre to connect with the Claymore Kicks and pick up the victory.
  • Post match Mustafa Ali in non-RETRIBUTION gear jumps McIntyre before being tossed out the ring, McIntyre invites him to get in the ring for a match.
  • We move into a singles match between McIntyre and Mustafa Ali, the former RETRIBUTION leader targets McIntyre’s knee early on.
  • McIntyre regains control following a huge Belly-to-Belly Suplex and despite his injured knee powers on to hit Ali with a mid-air Glasgow Kiss.
  • Claymore Kick to Ali allows McIntyre to pick up his second pinfall victory.
  • McIntyre calls out Lashley to ‘grow a set of balls’ and come finish him off himself.
  • Lashley’s music hits and the WWE Champion makes his way down to the ring as MVP protests at his decision on commentary.
  • McIntyre and Lashley go face-to-face with Lashley stating he never needed anyone to get to where he is and this is now the Almighty Era and Drew’s time is over.
  • The two come to blows following Drew’s declaration that Lashley is scared of him.
  • As Lashley rolls out the ring, SmackDown Superstar Baron Corbin blindsides McIntyre hitting several Deep Six’s to allow Lashley to lock in The Hurt Lock and take out Drew McIntyre.
