Vince McMahon Spotted At WWE Office Christmas Party

Vince McMahon dressed as Santa Claus

Vince McMahon hasn’t been around WWE Headquarters much in recent days, but he was spotted at the company holiday party.

Since WWE and UFC’s merger under parent company Endeavor became complete in September, Vince McMahon’s role in the company has shifted drastically. Ari Emanuel reportedly removed McMahon from creative duties, giving full creative control to Triple H. This reduced role means that McMahon hasn’t been seen at the company offices nearly as much as he was in his previous role.

However, according to a new report from PWInsider, McMahon was seen mingling at the annual WWE holiday party on Wednesday, December 6th. The party was held at the new WWE Headquarters building in Stamford, CT. Mike Johnson writes in his report:

McMahon, who we are told would not regularly attend the holiday party in the past, was not only in attendance but making the rounds talking with lots of company employees. In speaking to several who were in attendance at the party, which was exclusively for employees, he was described as “approachable” and “friendly.”

Johnson also notes that unlike in previous years, no WWE talent were in attendance at the party. In the past, 4-6 members of the roster would attend the party to meet and greet the WWE employees.

Vince McMahon Recently Sold 30% Of His TKO Stock

A November press release from TKO revealed that Executive Chairman of the Board Vince McMahon was selling 8.4 million shares of his Class A stock in the company, approximately 30% of his total 28 million shares.

In an update posted via Brandon Thurston on November 15th, McMahon has since sold the shares at $76.41 per share, bringing a net profit of over $641 million dollars and leaving McMahon with 12% of company shares.

A recent report shed light on the reason Vince McMahon decided to sell such a hefty portion of his stock.
