Former WWE Superstars Mace and Mansoor were recently released from WWE on September 21st.
The former tag team, who were known as the Maximum Male Models, took to Twitch to discuss their recent release from WWE on September 21st and opened up about their time in the company and even shared some interesting insights about their former valet, Maxxine Dupri.
During their discussion, Mace and Mansoor jokingly referred to themselves as Dupri’s Test and Albert, in reference to the famous storyline involving Trish Stratus and the tag team of Test and Albert. The comparison implied that Dupri would go on to achieve great success while they would be left behind.
Mansoor: We’re her Test and Albert. She’s Trish.
Mace: We knew. We said it for ages, before we even broke up.
Mansoor: We told her, ‘You’re going to be Trish. We’re Test and Albert.’ No, we don’t have heat with Maxxine Dupri. She’s a sweetheart.
Mace and Mansoor spoke candidly about their experiences and the challenges they faced during their tenure with WWE. They expressed gratitude for the opportunities they had and the chance to work with talented individuals like Dupri.
Despite their departure from the company, they remain optimistic about their future in professional wrestling. They expressed their desire to continue entertaining fans and pursuing their passion for the sport.
What’s Next For Mace And Mansoor?
Having just been released from their WWE contracts it is not certain what lies ahead for Mace and Mansoor. They could pursue other ventures outside of wrestling or they may find themselves finding work with another promotion, such as AEW or IMPACT Wrestling. Only time will tell what is next for both wrestlers.
