Eric Bischoff Reveals His Dream Team For A Resurrected NWO

Eric Bischoff revealed the wrestlers he would remake the infamous nWo stable with if given the chance to go back in time to WCW.

In an interview with Wrestling Shoot Interviews when asked to provide six names for the revamped nWo, Eric Bischoff listed Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Syxx, Konnan, and himself as the spokesperson. However, he also mentioned that if he had to choose one more wrestler instead of himself, he would have picked Scott Steiner.

Hulk, Scott, Kevin, Syxx, Konnan, and me, I’d throw myself in there as the spokesperson, but as a talent, if there was one more, probably Scott Steiner.

Bischoff’s selection of Hogan, Hall, and Nash comes as no surprise, as they were instrumental in the success of the original nWo. Syxx, also known as X-Pac, brought a unique energy to the stable, while Konnan added a distinctive Hispanic flavour. Bischoff himself played a crucial role in promoting and managing the group.

When it came to the additional member, Bischoff expressed a preference for Scott Steiner. Known for his impressive physique and intense in-ring style, Steiner would have brought a powerful presence to the nWo lineup.

What Did Eric Bischoff Regret About The NWO

Eric Bischoff spoke about his biggest regret with the nWo and said that he wishes they had a more definitive plan as he felt that when the faction first formed, they didn’t have a definitive plan and that as a result, they didn’t manage the growth and success of the faction as well as he would have liked to.
