New video footage has been released online showing WWE Chairman Vince McMahon working out at the WWE HQ Gym.

WWE corporate trainer Michael A. Monteforde recently uploaded two videos on Instagram, showing himself and McMahon training at the gym in Stamford, CT. The first video shows Vince McMahon helping another trainer with a leg press. Although lower quality, the second clip shows the 75-year-old Chairman completing a leg press with a mammoth amount of weight. Monteforde revealed the videos were captured during leg day:

Leg Day!! 🔥🤪 We did Leg Press, & Hack Squats before doing 20 Reps with 5 plates on each side, 10 Reps with 6, 5 Reps with 7, before trying our 1RM : Total 22, 45lb. Plates 😅💪

Current and former WWE Superstars took to the comments section to praise the CEO for his impressive bout of strength, including David Otugna, Cesaro, Natalya and Chris Jericho, with the latter writing “VkM is the REAL Terminator!!!! ❤️🔥🔥”

Vince McMahon is seen smiling and laughing in the videos. Completing a 1 rep max, in which a person lifts the maximum weight they are able to in one repetition, McMahon can be seen tackling 22 weigh plates, at 45lb per plate.

In a recent interview on ‘The Joe Rogan Experiance’, WWE legend The Undertaker described Vince McMahon’s passion for working out:

“He is 75. That guy, that’s what he does. His love is working out. He is phenomenal, man. His mom is 99 and is still playing Tennis in her 90s. That’s his trainer there. He’s the one guy, he will call me out of the clear blue and be ‘Hey, you workout today?’”

Known for his legendary work ethic, McMahon is said to train seven days a week, at times twice a day, even in the early hours of the morning following a WWE taping. The CEO has appeared on the cover of Muscle & Fitness and at 75, shows no signs of slowing down.
