Killer Kross says there’s a “strong likelihood” fans could see him wrestle in AEW, NJPW and IMPACT following his surprising WWE exit.

Speaking with Inside The Ropes’ Lead Writer Gary Cassidy for Issue 18 of Inside The Ropes Magazine, Killer Kross answered our 20 Questions and a few more – including what’s next for him after his WWE departure.

The former Karrion Kross is set to return to MLW, but has added that he’s “interested in working” in AEW, NJPW and IMPACT, and says there’s a “strong likelihood” he could work in all three companies in the future.

“I’m interested in working with every place that you just mentioned (AEW, NJPW and IMPACT) – and I think there’s a very strong likelihood you could see me in all of those places. Any time, any place, anywhere.

During the 20 Questions segment of the interview, Killer Kross opened up about the biggest locker room pranksters in WWE, his most bizarre fan interactions, and the surprising career path he almost took!

The former NXT Champion also added that he believes his WWE exit was inevitable.

“I have zero regrets about any decisions that I committed to, and this is just the feeling that I’m telling you and this is something I’ve had since I was a kid, I think everybody has it.

“Sometimes we lose the ability to interpret what that feeling is really telling us versus maybe being afraid of what it’s telling us or what we want it to tell us.

“But I am positive – in such a way where I am not sure how to explain it that no matter what course I chose, it was going to lead to me no longer being with the company. It’s just a feeling that I have.”

Kross added that it is “unfortunate” but said he thinks it’s actually a blessing in disguise as he plans on “running as far as he can” now that he holds the cards.

“It’s unfortunate, but I also think respectfully, this was a blessing in disguise. And I, although the last little bit was super unusual, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company and I’m glad people got to see me and I’m going to take the ball now and I’m going to run as far as I can with it.
