It has been reported that WWE NXT women’s division veteran Rachael Ellering was present at the most recent round of IMPACT Wrestling tapings.

Fightful Select noted that:

“We’re told that WWE NXT veteran Rachael Ellering was also at the most recent set of IMPACT Tapings. She’d worked a couple of dates for AEW back in July, but wasn’t signed.”

Rachael Ellering, appearing under the name Rachael Evers, competed in the both of the Mae Young Classic tournaments held to date, but failed to progress further than the second round.

Ellering officially joined WWE in 2019 and soon began appearing on the black and gold brand under her real name. However, she was side-lined by an injury only a handful of months into her run.

The Minnesota native was released by WWE in 2020 as part of the company’s cost cutting measures brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following her release, Ellering appeared for AEW on a couple of occasions, notably on AEW Dark, although she wasn’t signed by the company.

It should be noted that Ellering has worked with much of the IMPACT women’s roster previously, having tangled with the likes of IMPACT Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo, Kiera Hogan and Jordynne Grace.
