Eddie Kingston Addresses Reported Full Gear Injury

Eddie Kingston has had his own say on his health following reports that the AEW star was suffering from a shoulder injury following Full Gear.

Following Full Gear on the 13th of November, many AEW stars were scheduled for The Big Event convention in New York City. However, Malakai Black and Eddie Kingston were both absent despite originally being advertised.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported that the absences are apparently down to injuries suffered by both men at Full Gear, saying:

“In each instance, the announcement was made that they will not be appearing due to injuries suffered during last night’s Full Gear PPV.”

Kingston’s shoulders were reported to be the cause of his absence but The Mad King has now refuted that with a post on social media:

“Shoulders are fine. We’ll be at any @newwrestling1on the 20th and we’ll miss no time at work.”

At Full Gear, Eddie Kingston fought CM Punk after the two men became embroiled in an instantly personal feud in recent weeks. Kingston came up short in the one-on-one bout with Punk picking up the win following the Go 2 Sleep.

At the Northeast Wrestling event on the 20th of November that Eddie Kingston is advertised for, he will face Vito and Brian Anthony in a 2 On 1 Street Fight.
