Sunny Arrested With A Total Of 9 Criminal Charges

Tammy Sytch Sunny

WWE Hall Of Famer Sunny has been arrested and faces nine criminal charges following a car accident that took the life of a 75-year-old man.

Also known as Tammy Sytch, Sunny is no stranger to landing herself in legal trouble, having been arrested multiple times since the start of 2022. Back in January, the WWE Hall of Famer was arrested for terroristic threats and weapons charges, and she was taken into custody again in February for multiple charges. Both times, it was reported that she appeared to be under the influence.

A report from TMZ indicated that Sytch is once again in hot water after allegedly causing a car accident in which 75-year-old Julian Lafrancis Lasseter Jr. died. The report stated that police on the scene suspect she was under the influence of alcohol at the time. According to police documents, the accident occurred at about 8:28 pm on March 25th on US Highway 1 in Volusia County, Florida.

Now PWInsider has reported that Sunny is facing nine charges in relation to the collision after being arrested at a hotel in Ormond Beach, Florida. Those charges include DUI manslaughter, driving with a suspended or revoked license causing death or serious injury, as well as seven counts of DUI causing damage to a person or property.

If found guilty of these charges Tammy Sytch could face up to 30 years in prison. She is currently being held on a $200,000 bond for the DUI manslaughter charge with bonds totalling $27,500 for the remaining charges.

Sunny had previously taken to social media to comment on the accident and also claimed that she owned the car that was involved. However, a civil lawsuit has already been filed against Sytch and her boyfriend James F. Pente which lists Pente as the owner of the 2012 Mercedes which Sytch crashed.

The lawsuit has been filed by the estate of Lasseter and is seeking in excess of $100,000 in damages.

In recent news, Tammy Sytch has had her court date set and is facing nine total charges.
