Ric Flair Names His Wrestling G.O.A.T

Ric Flair

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is widely considered the greatest wrestler of all time but now he has named who he thinks is wrestling’s G.O.A.T.

With a wrestling career dating back to the seventies, Ric Flair has seen it all and done it all in the wrestling business. Flair has mixed it up over the decades with stars ranging from Harley Race, Dusty Rhodes, Sting, Triple H, The Undertaker, and Randy Orton.

One star however stands out to The Nature Boy over all others as he named the greatest in-ring wrestler of all time during an appearance on the Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling:

“I think Shawn Michaels is the best in-ring performer (of all time).” I think Hulk [Hogan] and Steve Austin are the two biggest stars of all time. I’m basing that on who drew the most money in their time frame.”

73-year-old Ric Flair will wrap up one of the most illustrious wrestling careers of all time when he takes part in his last match ever this July as part of the Starrcast convention.

Starrcast runs over SummerSlam weekend in Nashville, Tennessee and the lineup for the convention includes many shows and stars fans won’t want to miss. Inside The Ropes’ Kenny McIntosh will be part of the festivities as he sits down with Bret Hart for a special 30 Years Later panel focussing on The Hitman’s iconic SummerSlam 1992 match against The British Bulldog.
