Will Ospreay Honoured To Represent British Wrestling At All In

Will Ospreay AEW All In

Will Ospreay feels grateful that he made his nation proud at Wembley Stadium.

The British star defeated Chris Jericho in front of a packed Wembley Stadium crowd at AEW All In, being the second wrestler from the UK to be victorious following Saraya’s title win earlier in the night.

Taking to social media to acknowledge the fans, Ospreay thanked everyone who had come along on this ride with him and how his AEW has been life-altering:

The gratitude I have for you all that have followed my career throughout this crazy journey is genuinely overwhelming. Last night you & AEW truly changed my life. Honoured not only to represent my family, NJPW but represent British wrestling at Wembley Stadium. Thank you so much.

In addition to this, a series of photos were posted that included a closeup shot of his entrance robe. On the inside of the attire, Ospreay had all of the previous promotions he had wrestled for embroidered on the inside.

What Is Next For Will Ospreay?

The Ariel Assassin already has two major dates lined up in 2023. Firstly, Ospreay will be appearing at NJPW Royal Quest III at the Copperbox Arena in London, where his next defence of the IWGP United Kingdom Championship will take place. One week later, Ospreay will travel overseas once more to return to his old home of IMPACT Wrestling for a one-off appearance at Bound For Glory. This will be the first time that the British star has appeared for the promotion since 2016.
