New Beginnings For A Familiar Face In AEW Star Diamante

Diamante may just be full-time now, but she’s been around since right before pandemic era of AEW. She initially worked as a singles star, but her biggest claim to fame since being associated with the company was winning the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Cup with Ivelisse. She did compete for the AEW Women’s Championship back when Hikaru Shida was the champion, but suffered a loss.

Before being involved with AEW, Diamante did establish her brand both in Women of Wrestling and later in IMPACT Wrestling as a female member of the famed LAX. However, injuries came into play for her and she was released from the company in 2019. She was also an AEW representative for the NWA Empowerrr PPV as she won a triple threat match between herself, La Chik Tormenta and Kylie Rae.
