Who Are The Boys?

First appearing in Ring of Honor in 2014, The Tate Twins are best known for their alliance with Dalton Castle that began in 2015 and was also when the twins were renamed The Boys. In 2017, the trio would defeat The Briscoes and Bully Ray to become the ROH Six Man Tag Team Champions, becoming the third team to hold the championships before losing them to The Young Bucks and Adam Page 2 months later.

A 5-year hiatus without championships would follow, with the group becoming champions again in the revived Ring of Honor at Death Before Dishonor 2022, where Castle and The Boys would defeat The Righteous. They would eventually lose the titles to the current champions The Embassy.

With ROH now being owned by AEW, the twins have also made appearances on Dynamite, Rampage and Collision. The former champions would make their Dynamite debut in October 2022, accompanying Dalton Castle to the ring as Castle faced then-Ring of Honor World Champion Chris Jericho. The brothers angered Jake Hager after stealing his prized hat. The tag team have also previously faced former Tag Team Champions The Acclaimed and Jurassic Express on episodes of Dark: Elevation.
