Jeff Hardy On His In-Ring Future & World Title Aspirations

Jeff Hardy AEW

Jeff Hardy doesn’t plan to be done with pro wrestling for quite awhile still.

Hardy, who is 45-years old, told MuscleManMalcolm in a new interview over the weekend MCW Pro Wrestling’s Fan Jam that he has no desire to hang up the boots anytime soon.

“It’s the last run, the last good Hardy Boys run. I still have hopes, deep within my soul, that I’m going to have one more solo world championship title reign.”

Hardy did say he hopes when he does challenge for the World Title gold that it still won’t be in the possession of MJF.

“Every time I hear, ‘the Devil on a different level,’ I just chuckle. It’s so silly. He’s a poet and he don’t know it.

“It’s one of the goals I’ve set for myself. Before it’s all said and done, to look back on it, ‘you came out of your own personal hell and achieved a world championship within your own personal heaven once again.’ That would make everything complete.”

Jeff Hardy Gives Hopeful Age Range For Career

Although the Hardys have had their fair share of wild spots inside the ring, father time has been kind to Jeff and his brother Matt. His substance abuse problems are well-documented, but Jeff has been able to rebound from some life-changing moments and finds himself in a good spot alongside Matt. However, when asked how long The Enigma plans to keep going, Jeff kept the outlook optimistic.

“I have no idea. I’m a big believer that something could happen before I get home tonight that would end my career. It’s the little things that kill sometimes. I can’t put a number on it, but I feel like I’m going to be rocking until I’m 50. I’m 45 now. Between now and 50, I think I’m going to create many more moments.”
