WWE Announces Documentary Starring Braun Strowman Will Air On December 15th

Braun Strowman will star in an upcoming documentary about a subject that means a lot to him.

Titled Braun Strowman: Waukesha Strong, the documentary featuring the former World Champion will air on Friday, December 15th on Peacock.

In November 2021, six people were killed and 62 were injured in an attack that took place during a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The documentary will focus on how Strowman has helped the victims and their families following the attack and his visit to the Wisconsin town.

Strowman, who was released from his contract in November 2021, would wrestle at Great Lakes Championship Wrestling: Blizzard Brawl. In what was one of his few appearances on the independent scene, the appearance raised over $9,000 for the victims of the Christmas parade attacks.

Following his return to the company in 2022, Strowman wore a custom pair of boots with the Green Bay Packers design during a SmackDown taping in January 2023. The boots were also honouring 8-year-old Jackson Sparks, who was sadly of those who lost their lives in the attack. The boots were later put up for a charity auction.

Strowman would also visit the family of Jackson Sparks in January 2023, as Strowman was Sparks’ favourite Superstar.

When Will Braun Strowman Return To The Ring?

Last competing in May 2023, the former World Champion has been sidelined for the rest of the year as he required neck surgery. Due to the nature of the operation and the injury itself, Strowman is understandably not hurrying to get back into the ring. With many hoping that Braun Strowman could make a shock return at the Royal Rumble, the WWE Star gave an update on his condition in a recent interview.
