Ric Flair Reveals What He Misses Most About Wrestling

Ric Flair

Ric Flair misses the feeling of friendship in the wrestling business more than anything.

The WWE Hall of Famer has now stepped away from the ring for good following his final-ever match in the wrestling business. Now retired, Flair has admitted he does miss the companionship of being part of a wrestling promotion.

Speaking with Theo Von on the This Past Weekend podcast, The Nature Boy revealed what is absent from his life following the book being closed on a legendary wrestling career:

“The biggest thing I miss about wrestling is the camaraderie, personally,”

Along with being a legendary in-ring performer as an individual, Flair has also been a member of some of the most significant factions in wrestling history, with The Four Horsemen and Evolution being two of the most notable examples.

When Was Ric Flair’s Last Wrestling Match?

The 16-time World Champion stepped inside the square circle one final time on July 31st 2022 at an event promoted as his last-ever match. Competing in the main event, Flair teamed with son-in-law Andrade El Idolo to defeat the team of Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett. The match was a struggle for the Hall of Famer, with Flair himself admitting that he lost consciousness during the final farewell.

Despite not being an active performer anymore, the styling and profiling Flair still keeps up with today’s in-ring action. The Nature Boy was very complimentary of Logan Paul in a recent interview, stating that Paul is one of the top performers on the WWE roster.
